Isle & Key was built for the way people actually buy property in the Caribbean. Foreign buyers spend months researching — comparing islands, decoding the Citizenship by Investment program, scanning portals where half the listings are dead, the prices are hidden, and the same property shows up four times under four agencies.
We thought it could be better. So we built one portal for St Kitts & Nevis where every listing has a real price, every CBI badge is verified by us, and every inquiry reaches the listing agency directly — not a sales floor.
We make money the same way classifieds did for a century: agencies pay a small monthly fee to publish; buyers pay nothing. We never take a commission on a closing, we never sell your data, and we never put ourselves between a buyer and their agent.

Every agency on the portal is licensed and personally vetted. Every CBI-approved badge is cross-checked against the current Citizenship by Investment Unit designations. If we can't verify it, it doesn't go up.
Direct, no middlemen
Inquiries go straight from buyer to listing agent — never through a re-seller, qualifier, or lead pool. We sell membership to agencies, not their leads.
