How do buyer introductions work?: Isle & Key receives and qualifies buyer enquiries, then introduces serious buyers to the right verified partner. The showing, the negotiation and the closing are yours.
Do you take a commission on closings?: No. You keep your commissions. Isle & Key works with a small number of verified partners, and the commercial terms of the partnership are shared and agreed during the application and approval process.
Do you label listings as CBI-approved?: No. We do not publicly designate any property as CBI-approved. Citizenship by Investment eligibility is determined by the St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit and must be confirmed with the CIU and an Authorised Agent.
Can I publish from outside the federation?: Yes. Many of our agencies have head offices abroad with local representation. We may request documentation as part of the review process.
